What we collect

• Order details: merchant UPI ID and name from the QR code, amounts, timestamps, and order status.
• For local payers: name, phone number or email (to send payment links), and USDC wallet address.
• Payment references: Razorpay payment IDs and UPI reference numbers (UTRs), and blockchain transaction hashes.

What we do not collect

We never collect UPI PINs, card numbers, bank passwords or OTPs. Payments are entered on Razorpay's pages, not ours.

How we use it

Only to process orders, confirm payments, prevent fraud, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with Razorpay to process payments, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by Indian law for financial records, then deleted.
