These terms govern your use of UPI Pay Assist ("the service"), operated by NIRAJ BHATTARAI, India ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

We help visitors pay UPI merchants in India. A visitor funds an order in USDC; a local payer pays the rupee amount to us through a Razorpay payment link; we then pay the merchant's UPI QR code and release the visitor's USDC to the local payer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use digital assets and UPI where you live. Local payers must use a UPI account in their own name.

3. Orders and quotes

Each quote shows the rupee amount, the exchange rate, our fee and the USDC total. A quote applies only to that order. Orders are limited to ₹2,000 each. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud.

4. Payments

Rupee payments from local payers are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card details or passwords.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, gambling, or paying merchants on behalf of others without their consent.

6. Liability

We are responsible for paying the merchant the exact amount of each completed order. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, blockchains or Razorpay, or for the goods or services you buy from merchants.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
