UPI Pay Assist is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Merchant payments are usually completed within minutes of a local payer's payment being confirmed by Razorpay.
• Visitors see the merchant's UPI reference number on their order page when the payment is done.
• Local payers receive the order's USDC after the merchant is paid, usually within 1 hour.
• If an order is not completed within 24 hours, it is cancelled and refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
